The cooking surface measures 2342 square centimetres, equivalent to approximately 57cm diameter. This space comfortably accommodates 8-10 burgers, 4-6 chicken pieces, or a large joint for indirect cooking. The multi-level system allows you to cook different foods simultaneously using direct and indirect heat zones.

Does this barbecue require assembly?

No assembly is required - the barbecue arrives fully constructed and ready to use. Simply unpack, position on level ground and start cooking. The only setup needed is adding charcoal and lighting. This saves time and eliminates potential assembly errors that could affect performance.

How do you control temperature on a charcoal barbecue?

Temperature control uses the adjustable air intake damper at the bottom and exhaust vent on the lid. Opening both vents increases airflow and temperature, whilst closing them reduces heat. What cleaning and maintenance is required?

The integrated cleaning system includes a removable aluminium drip tray that catches ash and debris. Empty the tray after each use and wash the porcelain surfaces with warm soapy water. Yes, the design supports indirect cooking by placing charcoal on one side of the kettle and food on the opposite side.
